Setup

quickDNS needs permission to modify system DNS settings. Pick one of two methods — neither requires root.

Recommended

Option 1 — Shizuku

  1. Install Shizuku from the Play Store or GitHub.
  2. Start the Shizuku service (wireless debugging or root).
  3. Install quickDNS and grant the permission when prompted.

Option 2 — ADB

  1. Enable Developer Options and USB debugging on your device.
  2. Connect via USB and install quickDNS.
  3. Run the command once — the grant persists until uninstall.
